“AtomicBot” is operated by AtomicBot (Owner: Atomic0utlaw-_-). Using the bot means you agree to these terms — even the parts your brain wants to skip.
By using AtomicBot — in Discord, your server, or any related feature — you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, simply stop using the bot. It’s that easy.
AtomicBot offers server automation, notifications, logs, and dashboard tools. We aim for 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability. Use at your own stylish risk.
You must be of legal age in your region. You're responsible for account security — Discord logins, API keys, linked IDs, and all actions taken under them.
We store data required for bot features: user IDs, guild IDs, play sessions, kits, kills, logs, etc. Data exists only to power the service. For the full breakdown, read the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime. You may receive a prorated refund if canceled within 10 days of renewal (minus a $2 CAD fee).
No refunds for abuse, fraud, or ToS violations.
Don't use AtomicBot for harassment, exploits, doxxing, cheating, or other nonsense. If you or your users do dumb stuff with the bot — that’s on you.
We can remove or restrict access at our discretion for violations. No refunds will be issued if your access is removed for abuse.
Attempting to break, reverse-engineer, or bypass anything results in instant termination and possibly legal escalation.
The service is provided “AS IS.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify AtomicBot from claims or losses related to your use of the service.
Legal disputes follow the jurisdiction applicable to AtomicBot’s operations.
ToS may be updated periodically. Continued use means continued acceptance.
