Welcome to the AtomicBot Privacy Policy. Yes, the bot logs things — otherwise it would be about as useful as a brick on WiFi. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how to remove it if needed.
We do not collect:
The bot passes usernames to your Rust server to perform commands — nothing more.
Data powers features like killfeeds, dashboards, bans, online trackers, economy systems, and automated announcements. Without data, the bot would basically sit there and vibe. So yes — we only use what we need to make features work.
We keep your data for as long as your Discord server uses the bot. If the bot is removed, your guild’s data is removed as well.
Using /unlink removes your personal data including achievements and currency.
No backups — deletion means deletion.
You may request:
To submit a request, email privacy@dungeonworks.org with your Discord ID + gamertag. Missing info = we can’t find your data = we can’t help you.
We do not share, sell, rent, trade, barter, or yeet your data to anyone. The only “sharing” is what the bot posts into Discord as part of its features.
Discord requires users to be 13+. If you’re under 13 and somehow using the bot — that’s between you and Discord. We do not knowingly store data from users under 13.
Passwords are encrypted. Access is restricted to the system owner and essential services. No system is invincible, so please don't reuse your banking password for your bot dashboard.
We may update this policy periodically. If you continue using the bot afterward, that means you're cool with it.
For privacy inquiries: privacy@atomicbot.ca Include your Discord ID and gamertag so we don’t have to guess.
By using AtomicBot, you acknowledge and accept this Privacy Policy. If not, the bot universe has plenty of other stars.
